At the base of the pole there should be a bolt or pin to lock it into a larger pipe in the ground. Pull the pin lift it out tip it over, is a 2 man job. Me and another guy replaced the sock about 2 years ago we'll try and get out and do it again asap. Does Lee have one can somebody check needs to be 20"? The job requires lock wire.

The windsock deteriorated beyond workability. Do not rely on it.
Lizard Lee has a new one. A step ladder is needed as the new pole is high above the ground.
