I saw the link on DVTalk. Apparently there is an "informal" meeting
Mike Cipra is conducting to "discuss future use and protection of Death Valley National Park's wilderness and backcountry lands". Whilst Saline Valley is excluded from the meeting and or public comments but I can not help but think that the overall Death Valley policy will preside over SVHS policy and the meeting is just a clever way to by-pass the SPA's and Saliners' comments.
