Planed on staying for 3-4 days but the ice in my 5 day cooler melted in 1.5days with wet towels on top in constant shade. It was 100F at 8AM in the morning and 100F at 9PM at night. During the day the temperature reached 114F. It felt OK as it was not too humid. Wed night I watched a 2hr thunderstorm up North wandering if the place was going to get flooded. I park in the flood channel so I was ready to move to upper grounds. Even with all doors open the wind blew 90F air making it really uncomfortable to sleep. I only managed a couple of hrs each night. Otherwise it was a very pleasant visit. I counted total of 7 people at both springs through my stay. Most left on Wed.
